• I would be so damn fat if I lived there. Somehow, the pastry here does not beckon me like the pastry there. It’s clearly the butter.

    • Yes, french butter is a magical animal. In fact the milk here is great too, somehow creamier with more flavor. Maybe it’s the cow that should be receiving all these props.

  • There’s the truest meaning of the term “feast for the eyes”. I love the real ingredients, butter and cream especially, and the most disappointing thing is when vendors fill their beautiful pastries with oil-based cream. What a…rip off.
